Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026
By creating a WaitingOnParts account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
WaitingOnParts is a tracking tool for auto body shops: the parts on each repair order, whether they are ordered, received, checked, installed or returned, and the credits still owed by vendors. It does not place orders with vendors, inspect parts or vehicles, estimate repairs, or guarantee that a vendor will issue a credit. Your shop remains responsible for its repairs, its vendors, the parts it installs, and the records its customers, insurers or local rules require.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- The shop owner controls team access and can disable users.
- Enter customer and vendor information only when your shop is allowed to store it.
- Do not attempt to break in, overload the service, or access another company's records.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel through the Billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the paid period, and we do not give partial refunds.
- If a subscription lapses, records remain stored, but higher-plan roles and limits may stop working until the subscription is restored.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your company's records belong to your company. Accessible records can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep WaitingOnParts available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account admins about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
